武汉与东西部典型城市区域企业家精神比较研究

摘　　要：文章在"C-S模型"、"GEM模型"、"RIS模型"的基础上,构建了一套综合考虑创业、创新、开拓和冒险4个维度、共17个指标的区域企业家精神评价体系。通过收集位于中部的武汉、西部的重庆和成都、东部的杭州和深圳这5个典型城市相关指标近5年的面板数据,利用熵值法-灰色关联模型,对5市企业家精神综合评价值进行测度,并分析中部、东部和西部典型城市企业家精神综合评价值和各分维度值。最后通过定量评价找出武汉与其他城市企业家精神的差距,并针对性地提出相关政策建议。Based on the three models of " C-S", " GEM" and " RIS",this paper constructs a set of regional entrepreneurship evaluation system that is comprehensively concerned with such four dimensions as entrepreneurship,innovation,development and adventure with 17 indicators. By collecting panel data related indicators of the past 5 years of the 5 typical cities( Wuhan in the middle,Hangzhou and Shenzhen in the east,Chongqing and Chengdu in the west),the paper uses the entropy method-grey correlation model to measure the comprehensive evaluation value of entrepreneurship in the five cities,and analyzes the values of comprehensive evaluation and each dimension of entrepreneurship in typical cities in the middle,eastern and western areas.Finally,through quantitative evaluation,it finds out the entrepreneurship gap between Wuhan and other cities,and proposes relevant policy recommendations.
