摘　　要：日本花卉产业的高度发展离不开日本现代花卉冷链物流体系的支撑。日本现代花卉冷链物流体系,包括了入货冷链物流管理和出货冷链物流管理。其本质是将无线射频识别(RFID)技术、电子数据交换(EDI)系统、仓库管理系统(WMS)、互联网(Internet)、人工智能(AI)等现代信息技术融入花卉冷链物流全过程,具有交易网络化、运输集约化、装卸机械化、仓管智能化、容器标准化及服务个性化等特点。日本现代花卉冷链物流体系的构建是日本政府、专业协会、物流企业、技术服务企业、花卉企业等主体在利益共享机制下形成一个利益共同体的结果。借鉴日本现代花卉冷链物流体系构建的经验,中国政府、行业协会、物流及相关企业等主体,应充分利用利益共享机制形成一个利益共同体,不断提高中国冷链物流体系的现代化水平。The high development of Japanese flower industry cannot be separated from the support of Japanese modern flower cold chain logistics system.Japan’s modern flower cold chain logistics system includes the incoming cold chain logistics management and the outgoing cold chain logistics management.Its essence is to integrate RFID technology,EDI system,WMS,Internet,AI and other modern information technology into the whole process of flower cold chain logistics.It has the characteristics of transaction networking,transportation intensification,loading and unloading mechanization,warehouse management intelligence,container standardization and service personalization.The construction of Japan’s modern flower cold chain logistics system is the result of the formation of an interest community under the benefit sharing mechanism by the Japanese government,professional associations,logistics enterprises,technical service enterprises,flower enterprises and other main bodies.Based on the experience of the construction of modern flower cold chain logistics system in Japan,the government,industry associations,logistics and related enterprises in China should make full use of the benefit sharing mechanism to form a community of interests and constantly improve the modernization level of cold chain logistics system in China.
