摘 要:以玉米秸秆(CS)、二硫化碳、氢氧化钠为原料,制备出二硫代羧基化玉米秸秆(DTCS)。考察了DTCS制备过程的影响因素,确定了DTCS的制备条件。结果表明:在秸秆粒径10目(2.0 mm)、浸泡时间45 min、CS/CS2/NaOH质量比1∶1∶2、预反应温度25℃、预反应时间30 min、主反应温度40℃、主反应时间1 h的条件下制备的DTCS对Cd(Ⅱ)的去除效果最好,Cd(Ⅱ)的最高去除率可达100%。DTCS的红外分析结果表明,CS分子链中成功引入了二硫代羧基。A novel adsorbent,called dithiocarboxyl corn stalk(DTCS),was prepared by using corn stalk(CS),carbon disulfide(CS2)and sodium hydroxide(NaOH).The influencing factors about the preparation process of DTCS were investigated,and the preparation conditions of DTCS were also determined.The results showed that the preparation conditions for DTCS were as follows:the particle size of CS was 10 mesh(2.0 mm),soaking time was 45 min,mass ratio for CS、CS2 and NaOH was 1∶1∶2,pre-reaction temperature was 25°C,pre-reaction time was 30 min,main-reaction temperature was 40°C and main-reaction time was 1 h.The highest removal rate of Cd(II)with DTCS could reach 100%.FTIR analysis results revealed that the dithiocarboxyl groups were successfully grafted onto the molecular chains of CS.
