摘  要:以石墨粉为阳极基体,使用相转换法,制备了一种孔隙梯度分布的多孔阳极材料。将这种阳极组装为双室型微生物燃料电池进行电化学性能测试。另外,在阳极中添加了10%石墨质量比的聚苯胺,对阳极进行改性。相转换的改性方式能够使聚苯胺与阳极颗粒均匀混合,保证了改性的效率。电化学测试结果表明,单纯石墨阳极的功率密度为26.3mW·m^-2。而添加了聚苯胺后,功率密度提高到了80.2mW·m^-2。阻抗谱测试也显示,添加聚苯胺后的阳极,其欧姆阻抗与界面阻抗均有一定程度的降低。Tubular graphite-based anode substrates were prepared successfully by phase inversion technique.The effect of polyaniline as additives of anode support had been investigated.The conducting polymer and anode grains could be mixed uniformly by phase inversion technology.Electrochemical testing showed that the single cell provided a maximum power output of 26.3 mW·m^-2 using graphite-based anode.Power output of single cell was increased to 80.2 mW·m^-2with polyaniline as additive.Impedance spectra test also showed that the anode with polyaniline as additive possessed lower ohmic and interface impedance using polyaniline as additives.
