摘  要:基于壳聚糖(chitosan,CS)独特的吸附、螯合性能以及超高纯单壁碳纳米管(ultra-high purity single wall carbon nanotube,uhp-SWCNT)大的比表面积和高的电催化活性构建一种灵敏检测Pb^2+的电化学传感器。通过超声法制备壳聚糖-超高纯单壁碳纳米管纳米复合材料用于修饰玻碳电极。采用电化学阻抗(EIS)和微分脉冲溶出伏安法(DPSV)表征了CS/uhp-SWCNT纳米复合材料修饰玻碳电极的电化学行为。结果发现,CS和uhp-SWCNT具有良好的协同作用,能显著提电流响应。在优化的实验条件下,采用DPSV法检测Pb^2+,溶出峰电流与其浓度在0.5~30μg·L^-1和30~60μg·L^-1范围内呈良好线性关系,检出限为0.1μg·L^-1(S/N=3)。构建的传感器成功用于检测水样中Pb^2+,测定结果与石墨炉原子吸收光谱法几乎一致。A sensitive electrochemical sensor for Pb^2+detection has been constructed based on the unique adsorption and chelating properties of chitosan(CS),as well as large specific surface area and high electrocatalytic activity of ultra-high pure single-walled carbon nanotubes(uhp-SWCNTs).CS/uhp-SWCNT nanocomposite was prepared by ultrasonic method and then used to modify the surface of glassy carbon(GC)electrode.The electrochemical behavior of the CS/uhp-SWCNT nanocomposite modified GCE has been studied by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS)and differential pulse stripping voltammetry(DPSV).The results show that CS and uhp-SWCNT exhibit excellent synergistic effect and significantly increase the current response.Under the optimized conditions,the stripping peak current was linear to the concentration of Pb^2+in the range of 0.5~30μg·L^-1and 30~60μg·L^-1,and the detection limit was calculated to be 0.1μg·L^-1(S/N=3).The sensor was successfully applied in the determination of Pb^2+in water samples and the results were in agreement with those obtained using graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry.
