液体敷料联合造口粉在神经外科失禁性皮炎患者中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨液体敷料联合造口粉在神经外科失禁性皮炎患者中的应用效果。方法:选择2017年10月-2019年10月本院收治的神经外科失禁性皮炎患者84例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各42例。两组均常规进行皮肤清洗,对照组在清洗后涂抹氯化锌软膏,研究组联合应用液体敷料与造口粉。比较两组临床疗效、皮肤状况、恢复情况及再发率。结果:研究组治疗总有效率(97.62%)高于对照组(80.95%),再发率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗前会阴评估工具(PAT)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组治疗1周后PAT评分均低于治疗前,且研究组PAT评分为(4.61±0.49)分,低于对照组的(5.73±0.66)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组疼痛减轻时间、皮损愈合时间分别为(1.44±0.49)d、(2.85±0.77)d,均短于对照组的(2.15±0.67)d、(4.12±0.96)d,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:液体敷料联合造口粉在神经外科失禁性皮炎患者中应用效果显著,能够改善患者皮肤状况,尽早减轻患者疼痛,缩短愈合时间,增强临床治疗效果,降低再发率。Objective:To investigate the application effect of liquid dressing and ostomy powder in patients with neurosurgical incontinence dermatitis.Method:A total of 84 patients with neurosurgical incontinence dermatitis treated in our hospital from October 2017 to October 2019 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into the control group and study group by random number table method,42 patients in each group.Two groups were routinely cleansed with skin,the control group applied Zinc Chloride Ointment after washing,and the study group applied liquid dressing combined with ostomy powder.The clinical efficacy,skin condition,recovery and recurrence rate were compared between two groups.Result:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 97.62%,higher than 80.95%in the control group,and the recurrence rate was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,the perineal assessment tool(PAT)scores of two groups compared,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),after 1 week of treatment,the PAT scores of two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the PAT score of study group was(4.61±0.49)scores,which was lower than(5.73±0.66)scores of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The pain reduction time and skin healing time in the study group were(1.44±0.49)dand(2.85±0.77)d,which were shorter than(2.15±0.67)d,(4.12±0.96)d in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of liquid dressing and ostomy powder in patients with neurosurgical incontinence dermatitis has obvious effects,which can improve the skin condition of patients,reduce pain as soon as possible,shorten healing time,enhance clinical treatment effect,and reduce recurrence rate.
