摘  要:采用热重质谱联用(TG-MS)并配合质谱定量分析方法-等效特征图谱法(ECSA,Equivalent Characteristic Spectrum Analysis)测量锅炉飞灰样品含碳量,通过配比模型化合物,验证方法的可行性。测试结果表明:采用等效特征图谱法测量锅炉飞灰含碳量,能够精准区分可燃碳和碳酸盐中的无机碳。该方法能真正从反应过程的真实机理出发,消除了结晶水、结构水和矿物质自身分解失重对测量结果的影响。另外,在不同测试条件下,针对实际锅炉飞灰,通过研究等效特征图谱法测量可燃碳含量的稳定性和准确度。结果表明:此方法不受外部条件干扰、稳定性强且相对误差小,可精准测量锅炉灰渣可燃碳含量。Thermogravimetric Mass Spectrometry(TG-MS) is used to measure the content of unburned carbon in fly ash from coal firing boilers with the quantitative analysis of mass spectrum, Equivalent Characteristic Spectrum Analysis(ECSA). The results from a series of experiments with different mass ratios of model compounds have validated the feasibility of the ECSA method because this method, which is definitely based on real reaction mechanisms in the process of measuring unburned carbon content, can effectively distinguish influences from the weight loss caused by the decompose of crystal water, constitution water and mineral substances. In addition, after measuring unburned carbon content in fly ash from coal firing boilers under different measuring conditions, the results have shown that this method is not only precise with less relative errors, but also stable and reliable free from any external interference.
