摘 要:为研究电站锅炉增设中温省煤器系统的节能效益,依据该系统的布置方式,基于热力学基本原理进行分析推导;结合典型1 000 MW燃煤机组的实际设计及运行数据,建立全厂热力系统仿真模型进行计算分析。分析推导及计算结果表明:中温省煤器的烟气分流比并非越大越好,而是存在某一最优值使节能效益最大;机组燃用不同煤种,中温省煤器的节能效益有较大变化,相对而言,燃用水分高的煤种,其节能效益较大;已有低温省煤器系统的机组中,中温省煤器将不同程度侵占原低温省煤器的煤耗收益,最终导致整个烟气余热利用系统的节能效益减少。In order to study the energy-saving effect of medium-temperature economizer system in the power station boiler, based on the layout of the system and principles of thermodynamics, the analysis and derivation are carried out. Combined with the actual design and operation data of the typical 1 000 MW coal-fired unit, the whole plant thermal system simulation model is established for calculation and analysis. The result of the analysis derivation and calculation show that the flue gas separate ratio of the medium temperature economizer is not as large as possible, but there is an optimal value to maximize the energy saving effect. The unit burns different coal, the energy saving effect of the medium temperature economizer will be changed greatly. Relatively, burning coal with higher moisture, medium-temperature economizer has greater energy-saving effect. For units with low-temperature economizer systems, the additional medium-temperature economizer will cut down to the coal saving of the existing low-temperature economizer to varying degrees, which will eventually lead to a reduction in the energy-saving effect of the entire flue gas waste heat utilization system.
