摘 要:利用锅炉热力计算和[火用]分析的方法对某600 MW燃煤锅炉在不同O2/CO2气氛下进行锅炉热力特性和[火用]效率计算,并与空气气氛下锅炉热力特性和[火用]进行比较。结果显示:在富氧燃烧条件下,锅炉排烟量和排烟热损失有所减少,锅炉效率有所增加,同时锅炉的辐射和半辐射受热面的烟气侧换热系数增加。O2/CO2中氧气分压处于25%~30%之间时,锅炉的理论燃烧温度和炉膛出口温度与空气气氛相似。富氧条件下锅炉[火用]效率提高1%左右,且[火用]损失大部分发生在传热和燃烧过程中。The thermodynamic characteristics and efficiency of a 600 MW coal-fired boiler under different O2/CO2 atmosphere are calculated by means of boiler thermodynamic calculation and tracing analysis, and compared with those of a boiler under air atmosphere. The results show that under the condition of oxygen-enriched combustion, the amount of flue gas and heat loss of flue gas are reduced, the efficiency of the boiler is increased, and the heat transfer coefficient of flue gas side of the radiation and semi-radiation heating surface of the boiler is increased. When the partial pressure of oxygen in O2/CO2 is between 25% and 30%, the theoretical combustion temperature of the boiler and the outlet temperature of the furnace are similar to that of the atmosphere. Under the condition of oxygen enrichment, the efficiency of boiler rolling is increased by about 1%, and most of the rolling loss occurs in the process of heat transfer and combustion.
