浙江省男护士教育与职业发展状况及趋势分析

摘　　要：目的:观察男护士教育及职业状况;方法:通过查阅资料及实地访谈,了解男护士发展现状,就业优势与岗位,稳定性影响因素;结果:男护生录取比例5.5%,就业率100%,在急诊科、手术室、精神病科、骨科、胸外科等岗位有明显优势。护理工作价值观、医院组织支持情况、收入、社会的偏见、恋爱与婚姻、所安排的科室、人事编制等对男护士职业稳定性存在影响。结论:男护士就业前景良好,要强化专业思想教育,重视男护士的职业发展,不断提高其职业稳定性。To observe the education and professional status of male nurses,the present study carried out literature review and interviews to investigate the male nurses’career employment,employment advantages,and post stability.Results show that the male nursing enrollment rate amounts to 5.5%;the employment rate is 100%;they have obvious employment advantages in positions such as emergency departments,operating rooms,psychiatric departments,orthopedics,thoracic surgery,etc.The male nurses’professional stability is impacted by the value of nursing work,the organization and support of hospitals,income,social prejudice,love and marriage,arranged departments,and personnel establishment.The study concluded that male nurses have good prospects.We should strengthen male nurses’professional ideological education,attach importance to their professional development,and continuously improve their professional stability.
