摘 要:为了研究某钢铁企业常用铁矿粉的高温特性,采用铁矿粉微型烧结装置对6种铁矿粉的烧结基础特性进行研究,分析了每种铁矿粉的同化温度、流动性指数及黏结相强度等指标,并在此基础上进行了烧结优化配矿实验,为烧结厂提出合理的配矿方案奠定理论基础。In order to study the high temperature characteristics of iron ore powder commonly used in a steel enterprise,the sintering basic characteristics of 6 kinds of iron ore powders were studied by micro sintering device.The assimilation temperature,fluidity index and bond phase strength of each iron ore powder were analyzed.And on this basis,the sintering optimum proportioning ores was carried out.It laid a theoretical foundation for the sintering plant to put forward a reasonable experiment of sintering optimum proportioning ores.
