摘　　要：通过对某钢铁企业的氧化铁皮原料、配加工艺以及经济效益进行分析。结果表明:通过工艺优化后,冷固球团成球率从59%提高到62.84%,湿球单和湿球强度均得到了提高,每月产生的氧化铁皮全部配加到冷固球团生产线中,一年可节约成本1036.71万元,为钢铁企业实现氧化铁皮的短流程高效回收利用和有效降低炼钢原料成本提供理论依据和技术指导。In order to better solve the problem of utilization of the scale produced by the continuous casting machine,and achieve the purpose of returning the scale to the converter for efficient use,this article analyzes the iron oxide scale raw materials,blending process and economic benefits of a steel company.The results show that after the process optimization,the pelletizing rate of cold-set pellets increased from 59%to 62.84%.Wet bulb weight and wet bulb strength have been improved,all the iron oxide scales generated every month are added to the cold solid pellet production line,which can save costs of 10.3671 million yuan a year.This can provide theoretical basis and technical guidance for iron and steel enterprises to realize efficient short-term recycling of iron oxide scale and effectively reduce the cost of steelmaking raw materials.
