摘　　要：分析了转炉炉衬侵蚀机理及生产实际中存在的问题,从转炉炉衬、底吹砌筑工艺改进,氧枪参数优化,辅助设备改造升级等方面提高转炉一倒成分、温度命中率,减少转炉炉衬维护时间,提高维护质量,缩短了冶炼时间,为2炉对3机的快节奏生产组织模式提供有力保障。This paper analyzes the erosion mechanism of converter lining and the problems existing in production.From the improvement of converter lining and bottom-blown masonry technology,optimization of oxygen lance parameters,auxiliary equipment transformation and upgrading,etc.,it improves the converter’s composition and temperature hit ratio,reduces the maintenance time of converter lining,improves the maintenance quality,and shortens the smelting time,which providing a strong guarantee for the fast-paced production organization model of two converters and three continuous casters.
