摘　　要：对钢包透气砖的使用现状进行分析,针对存在的问题进行理论研究,并与实践生产过程进行了结合,制定了相应的改进措施。通过优化钢包透气砖的材质、砖型,及规范现场操作,提高了钢包透气砖的吹成率,提高了透气砖使用的安全性能。The article analyzes the present situation of the use of ladle air permeable brick,combining theoretical research and practical production process practice in view of existing problems,and formulates corresponding improvement measures.By optimizing the material and shape of permeable brick in ladle and standardizing the maintenance of field operation,the blowing rate and safety performance of the permeable brick are improved.
