限流电抗器在沿海钢铁企业配电室的应用分析

摘　　要：电压是电能质量的重要指标,电压质量对电力系统的安全与经济运行有重要的影响,钢铁企业一般为连续性生产单位,对供电系统的可靠性、安全性要求很高。为了解决某10 kV变电站系统故障时造成上级110kV变电站母线电压下降幅度大,采用增加限流电抗器方式,限制短路电流,提高母线残压,保证系统稳定供电,避免保护动作时间内,因压降造成生产线变频系统停机,导致大面积停电长现象的发生。Voltage is an important indicator of power quality.Voltage quality has an important impact on the safety and economic operation of power system.Iron and steel enterprises are generally continuous production units,which require high reliability and safety of power supply system.In order to solve the problem that the bus voltage of the superior 110 kV substation drops greatly when a 10 kV substation system breaks down,the current limiting reactor is added to limit the short-circuit current,increase the residual voltage of the bus,ensure the stable power supply of the system,and avoid the shutdown of the frequency conversion system of the production line caused by the voltage drop within the protection action time,resulting in the occurrence of large-area power outage.
