摘 要:综述了大型长流程钢铁联合企业中高炉煤气的特点、高炉煤气系统现状,指出羰基硫(有机硫)的脱除是目前企业高炉煤气精脱硫治理的重点和难点,比较了煤气中有机硫转化脱除的方法,在现有高炉煤气系统上实践精脱硫工艺改造,增加精脱硫的设备设施,可以从全生命周期的角度出发,实践得出一条源头减量的工艺路线,同时也为其他工序烟气超低排放改造路径做出可行性探索提供有益参考。This paper summarizes the characteristics of blast furnace gas and the present situation of blast furnace gas system in large-scale long process iron and steel complex,points out that the removal of carbonyl sulfur(organic sulfur)is the key and difficult point in the treatment of blast furnace gas fine desulfurization,compares the methods of organic sulfur conversion and removal in gas,practices the transformation of fine desulfurization process in the existing blast furnace gas system,and increases the equipment and facilities of fine desulfurization.From the perspective of the whole life cycle,a process route of source reduction can be obtained through practice,which also provides a useful reference for the feasibility exploration of the transformation path of ultra-low emission of flue gas in other processes.
