摘  要:为了保证变压器运行过程中的稳定性和安全性,基于有限体积法,对油浸式变压器建立数学模型,研究变压器在自然油循环冷却和强迫油循环冷却方式下,变压器内部绕组、铁芯的温度场分布及热点位置,并且探究了油流入口速度对强迫油冷却方式下变压器内部温度的影响,对比分析不同冷却方式在同等条件下的温度场及热点情况。研究表明:在两种冷却方式下,变压器内部铁芯、绕组温度场分布趋势相同,强迫油循环的冷却效果强于自然油循环,且热点基本处于中间低压绕组的中上端;强迫油循环变压器在不同的油流入口速度条件下,内部温度先随着速度的增加而降低,然后又逐渐上升,最后趋于一个稳定的温度值;变压器在入口体积流量相当的条件下,强迫油循环的冷却效果更优,但热点都没超出规定限值,所以优先使用自然油循环会更加经济合理。In order to ensure the stability and safety during the operation of the transformer, based on the finite volume method, a mathematical model was established for the oil-immersed transformer to study the temperature field distribution of the internal winding and iron core of the transformer under natural oil cooling and forced oil cooling. And the hot spot position, and the influence of the oil inlet speed on the internal temperature of the transformer under forced oil cooling mode was explored. The temperature field and hot spot of different cooling methods under the same conditions were compared and analyzed. The research shows that in two cooling modes, the internal temperature distribution of the iron core and winding of the transformer has the same trend, the cooling effect of the forced oil circulation is stronger than the natural oil circulation, and the hot spot is basically at the upper part of the intermediate low-voltage winding. The forced oil circulation transformer is under different oil inlet speed conditions, and the internal temperature decreases with the increase of the speed, and finally tends to a stable temperature value. Under the condition that the inlet volume flow rate is the same, the cooling effect of the forced oil circulation is better, but the hot spots do not exceed the specified limit, so the natural use is preferred and the oil cycle will be more economical and reasonable.
