摘  要:核酸检测已经成为医学检验的重要手段之一。目前,核酸提取过程中涉及到的移液、滴定工作大多使用移液枪。人工使用移液枪进行移液、滴定等重复且繁琐的工作,易造成人为因素误差等问题。采用C#语言,开发设计了与全自动移液工作站配套的人机交互的上位机系统。通过上位机系统控制,实现对核酸样本及试剂的全过程操作,极大提高了核酸提取的工作效率,具有现实的应用价值。Nucleic acid detection has become one of the important means of medical examination.At present,the pipette gun is mostly used in the process of nucleic acid extraction.Manual use of pipette gun for pipetting,titration and other repetitive and tedious work,it is easy to cause human error and other problems.Using C#language,the upper computer system of human-computer interaction with full-automatic liquid transfer workstation was developed and designed.Through the control of the upper computer system,the whole process operation of nucleic acid samples and reagents is realized,which greatly improves the efficiency of nucleic acid extraction and has practical application value.
