摘 要:为了更好地保障空调系统连续可靠运行,并且易于维护和操作,设计了一套以PLC控制系统为基础的空调自控系统。从背景和需求方面简述了空调自控系统,阐述了硬件组成及网络结构,具体介绍了系统控制采用的自控原理和系统最终实现的主要功能。该系统能连续监控空调系统的运行情况,记录和分析各项工艺需求参数,有助于工程人员及时处理空调机组故障,降低故障率,提高系统运行可靠性。In order to ensure the continuous and reliable operation of air conditioning system, and easy to maintain and operate, a set of air conditioning automatic control system based on PLC control system was designed. The air conditioning automatic control system was introduced from the aspects of background and demand, the hardware composition and network structure were described, and the automatic control principle used in the system control and the main functions of the system were specifically introduced. The system can continuously monitor the operation of the air conditioning system, record and analyze the process parameters, which is helpful for engineers to deal with the failure of the air conditioning unit in time, reduce the failure rate and improve the operation reliability of the system.
