摘 要:自升式海洋平台主要采用液压环梁升降系统,升降系统需要安装在定位桩上。但由于定位桩存在自重大、重心高、受力不均匀等缺点,平台在拖航过程中,定位桩的重心降低和水平搁置方法研究仍是世界难题。以某海洋平台为例,改变传统环梁升降系统的设计思路,通过创新设计快速液压升降锁紧传动原理,以及侧向拉力驱动油缸等结构,使其既可以实现自升式海洋平台的升降,又能在拖航时倾倒定位桩,降低定位桩的重心,增加了船舶在拖航过程中的稳定性,提高了船舶施工作业效率。The jack up offshore platform mainly adopts the hydraulic ring beam lifting system, which needs to be installed on the positioning pile. Due to the shortcomings of the positioning pile, such as self weight, high center of gravity, uneven stress, etc., the research on the method of reducing the center of gravity and horizontal shelving of the positioning pile is still a worldwide problem during the towing process of the platform. Taking an offshore platform as an example,the design idea of the traditional ring girder lifting system was changed. Through the innovative design of the fast hydraulic lifting locking transmission principle and the structure of the lateral pull driving oil cylinder, it can not only realize the lifting of the jack up offshore platform, but also dump the positioning pile during the towing, reduce the center of gravity of the positioning pile, increase the stability of the ship in the towing process, and improve the stability of the ship in the towing process ship construction efficiency.
