摘　　要：《北方文化》期刊是民国三十五年(1946)由北方文化社主编,新华书店(晋察冀分店)发行并在晋察冀解放区出版的大型综合性文化刊物。该期刊内容涉及政治、经济、文化、教育等方面,并主要反映解放区的政治、文教等方面情况,作品的主流意旨在于揭露国民党统治的腐败、歌颂解放区斗争生活、宣传土地改革和边区文艺运动。该刊的封面设计与内文编排均有许多独到之处,编辑理念较为纯熟,其面向的读者较为广泛。该刊的编创团队强大,刊出的文章水准较高,具有开阔的文学视野和进步的政治意识,特别是对当时解放区的民主改革建设和文化体系建构起到了积极的推动作用。同时,该刊也是此时期河北珍贵的集成性文化史料,该刊还被学界评为“解放前珍贵红色报刊”之一。The Journal of Northern Culture is a large-scale comprehensive cultural journal published by Xinhua Bookstore(Jinchaji branch store)in the liberated area of Jinchaji,which was edited by northern culture agency in the 35th year of the Republic of China(1946).The contents of the journal involve politics,economy,culture,education and other aspects,and mainly reflect the situation of politics,culture and education in the liberated areas.The main purpose of the works is to expose the corruption under the rule of the Kuomintang,extol the struggle and life in the liberated areas,publicize the land reform and the literature and art movement in the border areas.The coverdesign and internal arrangement of the magazine are unique.The editorial concept is more mature,and there is a wider range of readers.The editorial team of the journal is strong,and the published articles are of high standard.It has a broad literary vision and progressive political significance,especially plays a positive role in promoting the construction of democratic reform and cultural system in the liberated areas at that time.At the same time,the journal is also a precious integrated cultural historical data of Hebei Province at that time.It was also rated as one of the“precious red newspapers before liberation”by the academic community.
