摘　　要：现代农业安全生产离不开农药,防治病、虫、草害需持续开发新农药品种,农药生物测定是支撑绿色生态农药研发的关键,贯穿于农药的活性发现、研究开发、登记、市场应用及产品生命周期管理整个流程。目前我国几家农药创制机构的室内生物测定技术逐步完善,具有代表性的虫、菌、草模式靶标的培养已实现标准化、连续化和规模化,建立了相应的试验方法标准化操作规程和科学的评价体系;田间药效试验质量管理逐步实现规范化,为新农药品种登记提供科学依据。随着病、虫、草害防治新问题的出现,农药研发新技术、新剂型及应用技术的发展,生测技术也亟需提升。重点概述了我国创制农药研发中生物测定的重要性、研究内容和发展现状,并做了进一步的展望。Pesticides are important to agricultural production.Novel pesticides are still necessary for solving agricultural pests,diseases and weeds management problems.Meanwhile,pesticide bioassay is one of the key technology for green pesticides R&D,which was conducted throughout the discovery,R&D,registration,application and life cycle of a new pesticide.At present,the pesticide laboratory bioassay is improving.Some targets have been cultivated in standardized and scaled patterns.Standard operation procedures(SOPs)of methods and evaluations have been established.Good experimental practice is essential for field efficacy trials to ensure the reliability,scientificity,accuracy of the test results and completeness and traceability of the whole test.Due to the emergence of new problems in prevention and control of pests,diseases and weeds,the improvement of formulation and application of novel pesticides,the bioassay technique is being booming in the future.This paper mainly offers the overview of the importance,research contents and development status of bioassay in the pesticides R&D.
