摘　　要：探讨胫腓骨双骨折在基层卫生院的治疗效果。选择基层卫生院2018年11月-2019年11月收治的46例胫腓骨双骨折患者为研究对象,所有患者均行切开复位,按固定方式的不同将其分为A组(23例外固定架固定)与B组(23例小夹板联合石膏固定),比较两组患者的治疗效果。B组术后3个月复诊恢复优良率(95.65%)以及患者对临床疗效满意度均高于A组,B组术后并发症发生率(8.70%)低于A组(P<0.05)。胫腓骨双骨折患者切开复位后小夹板联合石膏固定的效果优于外固定架固定。This article discusses the treatment effect of double fractures of tibia and fibula in primary-level hospitals.A total of 46 patients with double fractures of tibia and fibula who were admitted to the primary hospital from November2018 to November 2019 were selected as the research subjects.All patients underwent open reduction and were divided into group A(fixed by external fixation)and group B(fixed with small splint combined with plaster fixation)according to different fixation methods.The recovery and recovery rate(95.65%)and patient satisfaction with clinical efficacy in group B after 3 months were higher than those in group A.The incidence of postoperative complications(8.70%)in group B was lower than that in group A(P<0.05).The effect of small splint combined with plaster fixation in patients with double fractures of tibia and fibula is better than external fixation.
