摘　　要：为提升浮选工艺水平,做好浮选煤泥水处理工作,研究了浮选工艺在煤泥水处理系统中的位置、浮选工艺流程、浮选工艺与上下工序的关系。浮选工艺主要用于煤泥水处理系统中,除从煤泥水中回收精煤外,还在开放式煤泥水处理系统中起污水处理、保护环境的作用。而在闭路循环煤泥水处理系统中,其可起降低洗水浓度作用。在浮选工艺流程中,一定要了解上下工序的关系,达到工序之间的紧密配合,这对产品质量提升至关重要。In order to improve the level of flotation process and do a good job in flotation slime water treatment,the position of the flotation process in the slime water treatment system,the flotation process,the relationship between the flotation process and the upper and lower processes are studied.Flotation process is mainly used in slime water treatment system.In addition to recovering clean coal from slime water,it also plays a role in sewage treatment and environmental protection in open slime water treatment system.In the closed-circuit slime water treatment system,it can reduce the concentration of wash water.In the flotation process,it is necessary to understand the relationship between the upper and lower processes to achieve a close coordination between the processes,which is essential for product quality improvement.
