通州湾北部港区起步工程选址研究

摘　　要：通州湾北部港区所处的腰沙-三沙洪-冷家沙海域自然条件及周边建设环境复杂,为满足北部港区开发建设需要,亟待通过港区开发方案的研究,系统探明港区开发条件,科学制订港区建设时序,为北部港区建设提供技术支撑。本文通过对通州湾北部港区远岸与近岸开发方案的可行性进行论证,对周边环境及后续开发的影响等方面的利弊进行全面比较,明确北部港区的开发建设时序。The natural conditions and the surrounding construction environment of yaosha-sanshahonglengjiasha sea area in the northern port area of Tongzhou Bay are complex. In order to meet the needs of the development and construction of the northern port area, it’s urgent to explore the development plan of the port area, systematically explore the development conditions of the port area, scientifically formulate the construction sequence of the port area, and provide technical support for the construction of the northern port area. This paper demonstrates the feasibility of the development plan of the off shore and near shore of the northern port area of Tongzhou Bay, and the advantages and disadvantages of the surrounding environment and the subsequent development are comprehensively compared to clarify the development and construction sequence of the northern port area.
