摘 要:海上深层水泥搅拌桩(简称DCM桩)广泛用于海上软弱地基加固,具有施工速度快、质量可靠、绿色环保等特点。本文结合境外某国际机场三跑道工程DCM桩地基处理实例,重点介绍在高塑性行黏土中通过优化处理机搅拌翼层数及叶片角度、更改处理机相关技术参数等措施提高DCM桩成桩质量,取得了显著成果,可供类似工程借鉴。Deep cement mixing pile(DCM pile for short) is widely used in the reinforcement of soft foundation at sea, which has the characteristics of fast construction speed, reliable quality and environmental protection. Based on the example of DCM pile foundation treatment in a three-runway project at an overseas airport, this article focuses on improving the pile quality of DCM piles by optimizing the number of processor blades and blade angles and changing the relevant technical parameters of the processor in high-plasticity clay. Significant results have been achieved, which can be used as reference for similar projects.
