摘 要:未来电网侧大规模储能将承担系统更多调频任务,因此研究储能系统提供的等效转动惯量是十分必要和有益的。根据系统频率变化等效原则,研究了储能系统转动惯量计算方法,同时比较了典型控制方式下的储能系统转动惯量特性,给出了储能系统不同控制方式的应用场景。根据储能系统不同控制方式下的等效转动惯量特性,给出了一种最优调频控制方法。通过建立仿真环境,对不同控制方式下的储能转动惯量进行计算,对储能系统不同控制方式在频率变化的不同阶段进行分析,验证了理论分析结果的正确性及最优调频方法的有效性。Large-scale energy storage on the power grid side will assume more responsibility for frequency regulation in the future. Therefore, it is necessary and beneficial to study the equivalent moment of inertia provided by the energy storage system. According to the equivalent principle of system frequency variation, the calculation method of moment of inertia of energy storage system is studied. At the same time, the characteristics of moment of inertia of the energy storage system under typical control modes are compared, and the application scenarios of different control modes of the energy storage system are given. According to the characteristics of the equivalent moment of inertia under different control modes of the energy storage system, an optimal frequency regulation control method is presented. A simulation environment is established to calculate the moment of inertia for energy storage under different control modes. The different control modes of the energy storage system in different stages of frequency change are analyzed, and the correctness of the theoretical analysis results and the effectiveness of the optimal frequency regulation method are verified.
