摘 要:大量风电、光伏等分布式电源的接入,在改善能源结构的同时,也给配电网的安全、稳定、经济运行带来了诸多问题,而在配电网接入储能系统是提高能源综合利用效率的一种有效途径。为了满足储能系统的运行控制需求,建立了用户侧储能系统二次系统典型架构,设计了储能控制器的总体结构和具体功能模块,在此基础上,提出并实现了结合需量控制与逆功率保护的用户侧储能峰谷套利策略。最后,结合典型应用案例,对该控制策略的正确性和有效性进行了验证。The connection of large-scale distributed power sources such as wind power and photovoltaic power improves energy mix and in the meantime exposes risks to operation safety, stability and economy of distribution networks. Therefore, it is an effective way to improve the efficiency of comprehensive energy utilization to connect energy storage system into distribution networks. In this paper, a typical architecture of the secondary system of the user-end energy storage system is established, and the overall structure and specific functional modules of the energy storage controller are designed. On this basis, the peak shaving strategy of the user-end energy storage combining demand control and reverse power protection is proposed and implemented. Finally,the paper gives a typical application case to prove that the control strategy is correct and effective.
