摘  要:智能配电网的典型特征是有大量分布式电源与多元负荷的接入。在新的电网发展形态下,明确了影响线损的主要因素,提出了基于"源网荷"协调优化的节能降损思路。"源网荷"优化的主要措施有:源源出力优化配置、储能设备最优接入容量与接入位置、网络重构、负荷优化。在分布式电源的最优装接容量和位置的研究成果基础上,研究了多个分布式电源接入情况下的有功出力协调优化;针对储能设备的运行特征,研究了储能设备接入电网的最优容量与位置。从网络重构角度出发,建立了网络重构的计算模型,研究了在分布式电源接入的条件下,进行网络重构的判定条件。从负荷避峰的角度,提出了计算用户可限负荷的方法和避峰的边界条件。The intelligent distribution networks feature the access of distributed generation and multi-source load. Under the new development patterns of power grid, the paper clarifies the influencing factors of the line loss and proposes an energy-saving and loss reduction idea based on "source-grid-load" coordination and optimization, the measure of which comprise optimized configuration of source-source output, the optimal access capacity and location of energy storage device, network reconstruction and load optimization. Based on the research achievement of optimal access capacity and location of distribution generation, the paper investigates the coordination and optimization of reactive power output with the access of multiple distribution generations;given the operation characteristics of energy storage devices, it expounds the optimal capacity and location of energy storage device for grid connection. The paper also builds a calculation model for network reconstruction and discusses judge criteria of network reconstruction with the access of distribution generation. Finally, the paper proposes a calculation method for load-limit of users and the boundary condition of peak shifting.
