摘 要:文章提出了一种基于汽车自动空调控制稳定性的乘员热舒适性试验方法,考察环境温度、日照和车速等关键参数变化的情况下,汽车自动空调系统是否能够持续控制乘员舒适性。首先将人体划分为不同的热感区域,然后通过人体局部热感觉对乘员整体热舒适的影响测试,确定了头部和足部是人体热感觉最为敏感的部位。通过大量试验数据分别拟合头部和足部温度与气流速度的配合曲线,以维持乘员持续舒适。最后设计一套汽车自动空调热舒适性测试方法,并按照此方法对两款车型进行测试,证明此方法的有效性。In this paper, a test method of occupant thermal comfort based on the control stability of auto air conditioning is proposed to investigate whether the auto air conditioning system can continuously control occupant comfort when the key parameters such as ambient temperature, sunshine and vehicle speed change. Firstly, the human body is divided into different heat sensing areas, and then the head and foot are the most sensitive parts of the human body through the test of the impact of local heat feeling on the overall thermal comfort of the passengers. Through a large number of test data, the matching curves of head and foot temperature and air velocity are fitted respectively to maintain the continuous comfort of passengers. Finally, a set of thermal comfort test method of auto air conditioning is designed, and two models are tested according to this method, which proves the effectiveness of this method.
