摘 要:为了使悬架的结构设计合理可靠,满足设计的安全性,通过ADAMS/car建立全地形车悬架模型,选择制动工况、转向制动工况、冲击工况进行运动学仿真分析,提取全地形车悬架控制臂连接点载荷作为控制臂有限元分析的边界条件,利用Hyperworks软件对控制臂进行不同工况下的静态强度分析,研究其应力分布,为悬架控制臂优化及疲劳分析提供参考。In order to make the suspension structure design reasonable and reliable and meet the safety of the design,an utility terrain vehicle suspension model was built through ADAMS/car.The braking condition,steering condition and impact condition were selected for the kinematic simulation analysis,and the load at the connection point of the control arm of the utility terrain vehicle suspension was extracted as the boundary condition of the finite element analysis of the control arm.Hyperworks software was used to analyze the static strength of the control arm under different working conditions,and the stress distribution was studied to provide reference for the optimization and fatigue analysis of the suspension control arm.
