摘 要:随着排放法规管控越来越严,传统燃油汽车蒸发排放的要求越来越难满足,汽车车辆轮胎、内饰件和座椅等非燃油系统散发的碳氢化合物对蒸发排放试验结果的影响比重也越来越高。为提高汽车蒸发排放试验的通过率,文章研究了整车非燃油系统碳氢化合物的排放特性,通过设定合适的烘烤预处理技术来降低整车非燃油系统碳氢化合物的排放量,从而提高整车蒸发排放试验的通过率。With the increasingly strict requirement of emission regulations, the requirements of traditional fuel vehicles for evaporative emissions are more and more difficult to meet, and the proportion of hydrocarbon emission from Non-fuel systems such as tires, interior parts and seats of vehicles to the evaporative emissions test results is also increasing. In order to improve the passing rate of vehicle evaporative emission test, this paper studies the hydrocarbon emission characteristics of vehicle Non-fuel system, and reduces the hydrocarbon emission of vehicle Non-fuel system by setting appropriate baking pretreatment technology.
