摘　　要：活塞的清洁度影响着发动机的清洁度情况,对活塞的使用寿命和发动机产品的质量和可靠性有较大的影响,文章主要叙述了清洁度的概况,清洁度的重要性,活塞清洁度的影响因素,还阐述了提升清洁度的措施不仅需从技术上进行控制,同样也需要从管理上进行加强。The Cleanliness of Piston have a great effect on the whole engine cleanliness level, and influence the shelf life of piston and the quality and reliability of engine, This paper describes the general requirement of Cleanliness test, the importance of Cleanliness and the factors of affecting the cleanliness of piston. The paper also explains that measures to improve and to be strengthened the cleanliness level which not only from technical site but also from daily management.
