汽车前滑柱压装设备调试方法研究

摘　　要：麦弗逊式悬挂系统主要结构由螺旋弹簧和减震器组成,即前滑柱。文章以某车型为例,介绍了汽车前滑柱压装设备的装配工艺,并研究了设备在调试中容易出现的问题及解决方法。The main structure of McPherson suspension system is composed of spiral spring and shock absorber, the front slide column. Taking a model as an example, this paper introduces the assemble technology of the front slide column pressing equipment of the automobile, and studies the problems and solutions which are easy to appear in the debugging equipment.
