摘  要:浙江长兴某水泥生产线预热器系统熟料产量为3000~3100t/d,实物煤耗为146kg/t熟料左右,系统阻力偏大。为达到节能降耗的目的,对旋风筒、撒料装置、分解炉、窑尾烟室缩口等进行了改造。改造后,熟料产量提高150~250t/d,实物煤耗下降3kg/t熟料,预热器系统压损下降1600Pa,C1出口负压在4200Pa左右,其压损在国内同规模生产线中处于先进水平。The clinker output of the preheater system of a cement production line in Changxing,Zhejiang Province was 3000~3100 t/d,the raw coal consumption was about 146 kg/t.cl,and the system resistance is relatively large.In order to achieve the purpose of saving energy and reducing consumption,the cyclones,the splash boxes,the calciner,the connect section between the calciner and the kiln inlet chamber,etc were reformed.After the transformation,the clinker output increased by 150~250 t/d,the raw coal consumption decreased by 3 kg/t.cl,the pressure loss of preheater system decreased by 1600 Pa,the negative pressure of C1 outlet was about 4200 Pa,and its pressure loss was at the advanced level in the same scale production lines in China.
