摘 要:为实现低能耗、低造价设计指标,对煤粉仓分别布置在窑头和窑尾的方案与传统煤粉仓的布置方案,从工艺、结构、建筑、电气等方面进行了详细研究,从能耗和工程量指标等方面进行了分析比较。将煤粉仓分别布置在窑头和窑尾的用煤点附近的方案,与传统煤粉仓布置在煤磨车间的方案相比,减少了长距离煤粉输送产生的脉冲现象,同时减少了冷空气对烧成系统热耗的影响。In order to achieve the design target of low energy consumption and low cost,the schemes of the pulverized coal bins at the preheater and the cooler along with the layout of the traditional pulverized coal bins are studied in detaisl from the aspects of process,structure,architecture and electrical.The index of energy consumption and quantity are also compared.Compared with the traditional pulverized coal bins in the coal mill workshop,the scheme arranged near the coal point in preheater and cooler separately can reduce the pulse phenomenon generated by the long-distance pulverized coal transportation,and the impact on the heat consumption of the burning system by cold air is also reduced.
