摘　　要：介绍了气箱脉冲袋收尘器脉冲喷射噪声的传播及频谱特性,分析了净气箱内及通过喷管及阀体传播的喷射噪声的产生原因并提出了解决措施,通过采用隔声板隔声、超细玻璃棉吸声等措施,显著降低了噪声值,满足了噪声排放要求。This paper introduces the propagation and frequency spectrum characteristics of the jet noise of the air box pulse bag dust collector,analyzes the causes of the jet noise in the clean air box and through the nozzle and the valve body,and puts forward the solutions.By adopting the measures of sound insulation board and ultra-fine glass wool sound absorption,the noise value is significantly reduced and the noise emission requirements are met.
