摘 要:对再生碎砖混凝土简支墙梁进行承载能力试验,参照GB 50003-2011《砌体结构设计规范》,分析了墙体高跨比、墙体材料对试件承载力的影响。结果表明:再生碎砖混凝土墙梁受力模型为拉杆拱结构模型,承载能力随墙体高跨比、墙体材料强度的增大而提高。设计时应考虑上部墙体和下部托梁的组合作用,再生碎砖混凝土上部墙体承载弯矩80%,下部托梁承载弯矩20%。运用GB50003-2011公式与模型公式进行计算发现,矢高、结构刚度对试件的承载能力有一定影响,这些参数取值至关重要,设计时应引起注意。In this paper,the carrying capacity test of supported wall beams with recycled concrete is studied.Referring to the relevant provisions of the wall beam in the Code for Design of Masonry Structures GB 50003-2011,analyze the influence of height-to-span ratio of the wall and wall material on the bearing capacity of the test piece.The results show that:the force model of the recycled brick concrete wall beam is an arch structure model.The bearing capacity increases with the increase of heightto-span ratio of the wall and the strength of the wall material.The joint action of the upper wall and lower joist can be considered as 80%of the support load upper wall and the rest 20%of the lower joist.Calculation results based on formula in GB50003-2011 Code for Design of Masonry Structures and model formula show that the arch height and the structural stiffness have certain influence on the bearing capacity,but the critical parameters should be paid attention to.
