摘  要:为研究不同外围护墙类型对西北寒旱区钢-混凝土组合结构住宅的节能效果,以银川市洪鑫苑小区的一栋钢管束组合结构住宅楼为例,利用斯维尔绿建设计系列软件建立热工模型,选取适合西北寒旱区钢管束组合结构住宅体系的3种具有代表性的外围护墙方案进行研究。外围护墙厚度不变,通过改变外围护墙类型来计算3种不同方案下的住宅耗热量指标、采暖耗煤量与围护结构节能率,以此对比分析3种方案的节能效果并得出最优方案。结果表明,LSP自锁水平拼装板优于加气混凝土砌块及聚苯颗粒复合条板。In order to study the energy-saving effect of different exterior enclosure wall’s types on the steel-concrete compos-ite structure residence in the northwest cold and dry region,this paper takes a steel tube bundle composite structure residential building in Hongxinyuan Community of Hongguang Town,Yinchuan City,Ningxia Province as an example and uses the Series software of Swell Green Building Design to establish a thermal model,moreover,this paper selects three representative exterior enclosure wall’s schemes which is suitable for the steel tube bundle composite structure residential system in the cold and arid regions of Northwest China.Under the condition that the thickness of the enclosures remain the same,three types of residential heat consumption indicators,heating coal consumption and energy conservation rate of enclosures were calculated by changing only the types of external retaining walls.Finally,the energy saving effect of the three schemes is compared and analyzed,and the optimal scheme is obtained.The results show that the LSP self-locking horizontal assembled board is superior to the aerated concrete block and polystyrene particle composite strip.
