摘　　要：为了对交通建设企业进行先进科学的施工管理和有效的成本控制,提高信息化技术在项目施工管理中的应用水平,结合国内交通建设企业信息化应用的现状,以企业信息化平台建设为背景,通过使物联网、云计算、BIM技术、智能化技术等信息技术与生产过程相融合,实现工程公司数据集成、项目现场与信息化中心互动,提升公司与项目间管理信息传输的及时性和准确性,实现公司对项目进度、成本、安全的全程动态化管理,为国内交通建设企业加强信息化管理提供借鉴。In order to carry out advanced and scientific construction management and effective cost control for transportation construction enterprises,and to improve the level of information technology in project construction management,combined with the current situation of information-based management of domestic transportation construction enterprises and their information-based platforms,data integration of construction enterprises and interaction between the jobsite and the information center were achieved through the integration of information technologies such as the Internet of Things,cloud computing,BIM technology and intelligent technology with the production process.As a result,the timeliness and accuracy of management information transmission between the company and the project is improved,and the company’s dynamic management of project progress,cost,and safety throughout the process is realized.The study provides reference for domestic transportation construction enterprises to strengthen information-based management.
