摘  要:研究了石油树脂、脱硫剂、不同脱硫胶粉等添加剂和胶粉、SBS改性剂对高黏复合改性橡胶沥青性能的影响,最后拟定高黏复合改性橡胶沥青的不同掺配方案,分析了不同方案下高黏复合改性橡胶沥青的综合性能。结果表明,制备脱硫胶粉时石油树脂最佳掺量为10%,脱硫剂掺量宜为0.3%;2%SBS+15%胶粉的复配方案可用于AC类连续级配,3%SBS+15%胶粉的复配方案可用于SMA类间断级配,4%SBS+20%胶粉的复配方案可用于OGFC类开级配。The effects of additives such as petroleum resin,desulfurizing agent,desulfurized rubber powder,and rubber powder and SBS modifier on the performance of high-viscosity compound modified rubberized asphalt were studied,and different blending schemes for high-viscosity compound modified rubberized asphalt were drawn.The comprehensive performance of high-viscosity composite modified rubberized asphalt under different schemes was analyzed.The results show that the optimal dosage of petroleum resin is 10%,and that of desulfurizing agent is 0.3%;the combination of 2%SBS+15%rubber powder can be used for AC continuous grading,3%SBS+15%rubber powder can be used for SMA intermittent grading,and the 4%SBS+20%rubber powder can be used for OGFC open grading.
