摘　　要：胶带输送机在煤矿生产方面的应用比例较高,实现对综合保护系统的创新构建,有助于胶带输送机应用质量的优化。本文首先对基于PLC的胶带输送机综合保护系统进行了构成情况的研究分析,并从硬件设计和软件设计方面,制定了提升胶带输送机综合保护系统构建质量的具体策略,对提升胶带输送机的综合构建质量,具有重要积极意义。the application proportion of belt conveyor in coal mine production is high,so it is helpful to optimize the application quality of belt conveyor to realize the innovative construction of comprehensive protection system.Firstly,this paper studies and analyzes the composition of belt conveyor integrated protection system based on PLC,and from the aspects of hardware design and software design,formulates the concrete strategy to improve the construction quality of belt conveyor integrated protection system,which is of great positive significance to improve the comprehensive construction quality of belt conveyor.
