摘　　要：目的探讨SOX方案新辅助化学治疗对Ⅲ期胃癌患者的临床效果。方法回顾性分析医院2016年10月至2018年10月收治的Ⅲ期胃癌患者70例,按随机数字表法分为治疗组(SOX方案新辅助化学治疗组)和对照组(单纯手术组),各35例。结果治疗组中,ⅢA期有效率为70.0%,ⅢB期有效率为46.2%,ⅢC期有效率为53.9%;Ⅲ期胃癌患者治疗总有效率为57.1%,总肿瘤控制率为91.4%。治疗不良反应发生率较低。SOX方案新辅助化学治疗组患者D2淋巴结清扫28例(80.0%),R0切除29例(82.9%),R1切除4例(11.4%)和R2切除2例(5.7%)。对照组患者D2淋巴结清扫22例(62.9%),R0切除25例(71.4%),R1切除7例(20%)和R2切除3例(8.6%)。治疗组患者D2淋巴结清扫率和R0切除率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论SOX方案新辅助化学治疗可有效降低Ⅲ期进展期胃癌分期,提高根治性切除率。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of SOX new adjuvant chemotherapy regimen in the treatment of stageⅢgastric cancer.Methods A retrospective analysis was made of 70 patients with stageⅢgastric cancer admitted to the hospital from October 2016 to October 2018.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the treatment group(SOX new adjuvant chemotherapy regimen group)and the control group(simple operation group),35 cases in each group.Results In the treatment group,the effective rate was 70.0%in stageⅢA,46.2%in stageⅢB,53.9%in stageⅢC,the total effective rate was 57.1%and the total tumor control rate was 91.4%in the patients with stageⅢgastric cancer,the incidence of adverse reactions was low.In the treatment group,28 patients(80.0%)underwent D2 lymphadenectomy,29 patients(82.9%)underwent R0 resection,4 patients(11.4%)underwent R1 resection and 2 patients(5.7%)underwent R2 resection.In the control group,22 patients(62.9%)underwent D2 lymphadenectomy,25 patients(71.4%)underwent R0 resection,7 patients(20%)underwent R1 resection and 3 patients(8.6%)underwent R2 resection.The rate of D2 lymphadenectomy and R0 resection in the treatment group were significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion SOX new adjuvant chemotherapy regimen can effectively reduce the stage of stageⅢadvanced gastric cancer and improve the radical resection rate.
