摘 要:目的改进和提升清洗消毒器的清洗效果,同时优化不同器械、器具和物品对应程序下的临界清洗剂稀释比例。方法采用STF清洗效果检测卡、肉眼观察法和ATP生物荧光法进行结果测试,找出清洗消毒器的清洗薄弱区,确保在规定稀释比例下,任意位置上的不同器械清洗质量均合格,优化临界清洗剂稀释比例。结果清洗消毒器机舱的上层四角部位为清洗薄弱区,手术器械和外来器械的临界清洗液稀释比例为1∶400;器皿类的临界清洗液稀释比例为1∶500。结论通过肉眼观察法、ATP生物荧光法和STF清洗效果监测卡的评估方法,对清洗消毒器、装载和清洗剂进行验证,可有效优化该清洗工艺参数和降低耗品使用成本。Objective To improve and enhance the cleaning effect of the cleaning sterilizer,and optimize the dilution ratio of critical cleaning agent under the corresponding procedures of different instruments,appliances and articles.Methods STF cleaning effect test card,naked eye observation method and ATP biological fluorescence method were used to test the results,to find out the weak area of cleaning sterilizer,to ensure that the cleaning quality of different instruments at any position was qualified under the specified dilution ratio,and to optimize the dilution ratio of critical cleaning agent.Results The upper four corners of the cleaning sterilizer cabin were weak areas,the critical dilution ratio of surgical instruments and foreign instruments was 1∶400,and the critical dilution ratio of utensils was 1∶500.Conclusion Through the evaluation methods of naked eye observation,ATP bioluminescence and STF cleaning effect monitoring card,the validation of cleaning sterilizer,loading and cleaning agent can effectively optimize the cleaning process parameters and reduce the use cost of consumables.
