学龄儿童单纯肥胖症群体的综合健康干预研究

摘　　要：目的探讨综合健康干预应用于学龄儿童单纯肥胖症群体的效果。方法随机选取长春地区2015年4月至2017年10月学龄儿童60名,按是否接受综合健康干预分为参照组和试验组。参照组儿童仅接受常规健康干预;试验组儿童接受综合健康干预。结果试验组学龄儿童干预后的超重百分比、肥胖百分比明显低于参照组(P<0.05),两组儿童身高无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论对学龄儿童单纯肥胖症群体实施综合健康干预可获得较佳干预效果。Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive health intervention on simple obesity of school-age children.Methods Totally 60 school-age children from April 2015 to October 2017 in Changchun were randomly selected and divided into reference group and experimental group according to whether they received comprehensive health intervention or not.The children in the control group received only routine health intervention,while those in the experimental group received comprehensive health intervention.Results The percentage of overweight and obesity in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the reference group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in height between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive health intervention for school-age children with simple obesity can get better effect.
