人性化护理用于乳腺癌化疗护理效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨人性化护理服务在乳腺癌化疗患者护理工作中的应用效果。方法选取医院2018年3月至2019年3月进行化疗的乳腺癌患者94例,按照护理方式的不同分为对照组与观察组,各47例。对照组患者给予常规的护理干预,观察组患者给予个性化护理干预,对比两组患者的护理效果。结果护理干预后,两组患者的抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分及焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分较干预前明显降低(P<0.05),且观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05);护理干预后,观察组患者的匹茨堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评分明显低于对照组,生活质量(QOL)评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论人性化的护理服务运用于乳腺癌化疗患者的护理工作,可有效改善患者的负面情绪,提高其生活质量与睡眠质量,对于乳腺癌患者的临床治疗具有重要的意义。Objective To investigate the application effect of humanized nursing service in patients with breast cancer received chemotherapy.Methods From March 2018 to March 2019,94 patients with breast cancer who received chemotherapy in the hospital were divided into control group and observation group according to different nursing methods,47 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given routine nursing intervention,and the patients in the observation group were given individualized nursing intervention.Results After nursing intervention,the scores of SDS and SAS in the two groups were significantly lower than those before intervention(P<0.05),and the scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing intervention,the score of Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the score of quality of life(QOL)was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Humanized nursing service can effectively improve the negative emotions of patients with breast cancer,improve the quality of their life and sleep,which is of great significance for the clinical treatment of breast cancer patients.
