摘　　要：对于时代变迁及科技进步带来的改变,我国图书馆在响应速度上不及欧美国家。数字互联网业态中的图书馆必须不断吸收新知识,接受新科技,拓展新功能,关注世界新潮流,重新思考角色定位,制定全新行动方案,昭示重要性,体现新价值。在观念、技术、服务、建筑、空间、家具、馆藏、人员等方面积极变革,最终实现符合时代潮流的读者服务新目标,共创图书馆未来。Libraries in China are not as responsive to the changes brought by the new era and the progress of science and technology as European and American countries. Libraries in the digital Internet business must constantly absorb new knowledge, accept new technology, expand new functions, pay attention to the new trend in the world, rethink the role positioning, formulate new action plans, show the importance, and reflect the new value. Libraries should change actively in the aspects of concept, technology, services, architecture, space, furniture, collections, personnel and other aspects, and finally achieve the new goal of reader services in line with the trend of the times and create the future of libraries together.
