摘　　要：回顾了浙江巨化股份有限公司硫酸厂的发展历程,通过4个阶段的改造,硫酸装置主要运行技术工艺指标得到了明显的改善,离子液吸收后排放气体ρ(SO2)低于100 mg/m^3。该公司在此基础上从产品路线、原料路线、工艺路线、废硫酸处理等角度介绍了下一步的发展规划,将建设1套300kt/a硫磺制酸装置和1套100 kt/a废酸裂解制酸装置。The development process of sulphuric acid plant in Zhejiang Juhua Co.,Ltd.is reviewed.Through four stages of transformation,the main operation technical indexes of sulphuric acid plant have been significantly improved,and theρ(SO2)of tail gas is less than 100 mg/m^3 after the absorption of ionic liquid.On this basis,the next development plan is introduced from the perspectives of product route,raw material route,process route and waste sulphuric acid treatment.A 300 kt/a sulphur-burning sulphuric acid plant and a 100 kt/a spent acid decomposition plant for sulphuric acid production will be built in the company.
