摘　　要：介绍了湖北中农中加国际贸易股份有限公司汉川分公司曼海姆法硫酸钾生产的工艺流程、主要设备、存在的问题及改造实践情况。通过优化生产工艺、改造曼海姆炉、制酸系统和上料、出料系统的设备,实现了硫酸钾装置连续稳定运行。产品硫酸钾w (K2O)为50%~51%,w (Cl^-)<1.5%,w(SO4^2-)<2.5%,产量达到150 t/d以上,产品质量和产量同步得到提高,改造取得了良好的效果,同时提出了生产建议。The technological process,main equipment,existing problems and transformation practice of Mannheim process potassium sulphate production in Hanchuan branch of Hubei Zhongnong Zhongjia International Trade Co.,Ltd.are introduced.By optimizing the production process,reforming the equipment of Mannheim furnace,acid making system,feeding and discharging system,the continuous and stable operation of potassium sulfate plant is realized.The product potassium sulfate w(K2O)is 50%-51%,w(Cl^-)<1.5%,w(SO4^2-)<2.5%,and the output is more than 150 t/d.The product quality and output are improved simultaneously,and the transformation has achieved good results.At the same time,some production suggestions are put forward.
