摘 要:本实验以铁矿围岩为主要原料,在氧化气氛中经1270℃高温烧成反应制备出钙长石微晶釉,并运用X射线衍射仪(XRD)和场发射扫描电镜(FM-SEM)分别表征釉面的矿物相组成和显微结构。结果表明,釉层主要新生结晶矿物为钙长石和少量的赤铁矿,并含有残余的熔融石英颗粒。板条状钙长石晶体密集堆叠生长,形成100-500μm的聚集体分布于釉层表面。部分晶形发育的钙长石晶体,晶枝沿晶核呈放射状延展生长,单晶粒度在50-100μm。Anorthite crystalline glaze was produced at 1270℃in an oxidation atmosphere by using the surrounding rock of iron ore as the raw material.The composition and microstructure of the anorthite crystalline glaze were characterized by using X-ray diffractometer(XRD)and field emission scanning electron microscopy(FESEM).Anorthite crystals had morphology of plate strip,with aggregate sizes of 100-500 gm on the surface of the glaze layer.Some anorthite crystals were present as the radial structure with grain sizes of 50-100 pm,where the dendrite crystals were grown radially along the nucleus.
